Baby Steps--My Weight Loss Journey
I'll
keep it simple. I was a size 26 at my biggest (college) and I am now
sittin' pretty at a 20 (unofficially, but my 22s are hanging off of me).
How did I do it? I drank Green Tea, Red Tea, and Coffee. Here is a picture of me, in a size 22 skirt:
(I removed my face because I am vain and was not looking my best that day) ;)
~I have not been drinking the Organo Gold coffee and tea consistently, yet I have kept the weight off.
~I did not incorporate exercise or juicing until I was below a 22.
Usually with fad diets or products, you lose the weight while you're on the product or diet and will gain the weight right back as soon as you stop being consistent. I am here to tell you that there were months when I could only have 1 tea a day, or 1 coffee a week, yet I still kept all that weight loss (from a size 26-22) off.
So many people talk about how they need to lose weight, how they need to detox, but when I tell them "just drink this tea 2 or 3 times a day" they have a hard time either believing it or committing to it. That's sad, because most people drink coffee or tea anyway, and it's really easy!
