The Transformation: From Black Coffee to Espresso shot

A girlfriend and partner in the business is a serious coffee addict, and let me know that not only was she having multiple Organo Gold beverages a day, but she was also turning the arabica, Ganoderm-infused black coffee into an espresso shot! Here's how she did it. All you need is: 1 pkg of Organo Gold Black Coffee, water, a shot glass:

1- Boil Water
2 - As the water boils, pour the Organo Gold Black Coffee into a shot glass
3 - Once the water is done boiling, slowly add hot water to the shot glass, and stir

That's it! It is so simple. Having worked as a Lead Barista at a coffee shop, I was never a fan of drinking a straight shot unless it was ristretto and mixed with Half & Half, but I must say, given the quality of the bean, the black coffee makes for a smooth, very tasty espresso shot.
